<p>By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.</p>

<p>We currently offer the Chirppie smart bird feeder and related accessories. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general informational purposes; actual products may vary slightly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted, with notice to the customer where reasonably possible.</p>

<p>All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider(s). By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.</p>

We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or use inconsistent with the product instructions.</p>

<p>All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and software, is owned by or licensed to Chirppie USA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.</p>

<p>Use of the companion mobile application and any AI-based bird identification features may be subject to separate terms and may require a subscription after an included trial period. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services integrated with the product.</p>

<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chirppie USA and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.</p>
